Gingerbread House

We used a kit to assemble a gingerbread house the other day. There was a bunch of prep work that we skipped, and so our house had more of a "shanty" feel to it. I was going to call it a "Habitat for Humanity" gingerbread house, but then I remembered that those Habitat for Humanity houses are sometimes built better than your average house.

After the rough construction was finished - - frosting is curing (hard as a rock).
