Up North - Part 2

We visited Wellington Farm Park, which purports to be a working farm using only 1932 technology. It was basically empty except for us. The weather was unseasonably cold. Owen was, as you can see, in tractor heaven.

Sophie tries her hand on at a machine that takes the kernels off of a cob of corn, part of the grist mill operation. She enjoyed it.

On the ferry to Mackinac Island.

Fern and her bonnet.

The last time I was on the ferry with Betsy I was so hungover that I thought I might toss my cookies every time we hit a wave! Ha!

I'm guessing this trip was different. Did Betsy do the splits while talking German gibberish? Hee!
